  • Hosted provides a straightforward solution for event planning. Start by selecting a design style, whether you prefer a predesigned look or wish to customize your own. On the Thursday prior to your event, you'll pick up your rental items. After setting up for your guests, enjoy the occasion without any worries. Once the event concludes, simply pack up the rentals without the hassle of cleaning; our team will take care of that. Return the items to us on Monday, and you're all set to plan your next event.

  • To secure your event a 50% Deposit is needed along with a signed contract. Final Balances are due 7 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via our online payment system using a Debit or Credit Card, as well as ACH and Check Payments.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you begin your planning process. There are times during the year that stock runs low or out becuase of other bookings. Its always easier to reduce your order than to add on. You can reduce the quantities on your order up to 7 days before your event at which time final payment is due.

  • Hosted is a rental-only company that specializes in providing a variety of rental items for your events. We will supply you with detailed information on how to properly set your table to ensure it looks appealing and inviting. However, the responsibility for both the setup and the cleanup will fall to you or your designated helpers.

  • All items will be thoroughly inspected while being carefully packed to ensure quality. Additionally, we will also include a few extra items to make absolutely sure you have everything you need for your event. If you encounter any problems with your order during the event, you'll have the necessary contact details for someone who can assist you.

  • You will pick up your rentals on the Thursday before your scheduled event and return them on the Monday following your event. If, for any reason, your event is not taking place over a weekend, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to arrange alternate days for your rentals.
